"When you don't give the customer what they ordered and only resolution you offer is they have to drive back in to get what they should have been given in the first place. When I called to complain I mention that I live 15 minutes away and would like to get a call from somebody in charge a week later I still have not been contacted. Service was great with our waitress and the owner working together to cover all our needs and wants. I recommend stopping in if you're passing through."
