"Worst service ever, every time I call in a prescription it never gets filled. Said it would be ready after lunch, call back the next day still has not been filled after several minutes on hold they said it would be fill in 45 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened, might be time to look elsewhere!"

"There is nothing like having a hometown pharmacy. If there is one blimish, it's that when the new company took over they still haven't filled out the paperwork to use Tri-West insurance. Veterans would love to continue to have local access to meds that they didn't have to go through the VA for when they see a local doctor outside the VA system."

"Incompetence defined. They stand around talking. Instead of calling you about your script when they have a problem, they wait until you are there to pick it up which could be next day. Then they really show you how incompetent they are. Even if you give them your insurance information when you drop off scripts, they can't find where they entered into the computer! If this was a one time occurrence, I would understand. But this is "old hat" for this pharmacy. This has happened to me and my family members. Pure incompetence. But the pharmacist is nice and knows his stuff. It's the help that doesn't. No longer our pharmacy."
