"I asked this nail salon 3 times to make an appointment and each time I verified how much they were going to charge me for a certain service I was requesting and they told me $40.00. Finally today I made my appointment and went in. Once I was done they ran my credit card for $52.00 and when I brought the calls to their attention and told them I had asked them and they had quoted me 3 times that the service would cost $40.00 they just said oh well no we gave you a better service that’s gonna last you longer now so it’s $52.00. No apologies! Nothing! I ended up giving them the 20% tip too since the conversation was loud in front of 6 other customers that embarrassed me. To me the extra $12.00 was a ripoff since I had asked for the specific service I wanted 3 times in advance. Very unprofessional. I will never be back. Charging someone more than they asked for is theft however you look at it!!"
