"I've heard nothing but great things about this place, so I had to try it while I was in Booneville today. Sorry to Reid's Hometown Barbecue (I will be back tomorrow for you guys) because you guys are always my go-to, but I wanted to try them because the recommendations come high even from y'all. You can not beat these small town, family owned restaurants, and Black Dog Meat Co is no exception. I had a bacon smash burger with a side of homemade fries and sweet tea. It's worth every bit of it! You have to try this place at least once if you ever come to Booneville because it will not disappoint. Excellent food, atmosphere, and wonderful staff."

"Ate here while in town on work…man this burger was delicious! I got the one with pork in it and it was very tasty. Everything was good except the cheese was very runny and that was a bit off-putting. But overall this little “deli-style” burger and sandwich shop makes one of the most flavorful burgers I’ve ever had."
