"I've personally never had a memorably bad experience. Most of the employees have always been upbeat and knowledgeable in their area. Most are kids that enjoy working with or around animals, and will help others where they can. I have many different pets from cats to snakes. I have bought online and picked up and I have gone inside to purchase. Both have been pleasant and painless experiences. I do not require training or grooming, so I cannot rate those areas. We bought a ball python (1/2022) and king snake (12/2021). We bought a bearded dragon (2/2023). All are still doing well."

She was very friendly and knowledgeable everything I needed before I checked out cashier was really friendly. All employees that I came across were very friendly and helpful and I left happy with two healthy little guinea pigs."
