"I love this place and go often, BUT on Saturday, Jan. 20 about 9 p.m., I sent my husband to pick up a spicy deluxe meal for me with a kale crunch salad. He returned a LONG time later (even though we live in the neighborhood very near). These are my complaints: 1) my fries were cold (NOT even warm) 2) the restaurant was out of tomatoes 3) apparently my husband held the line up for a long time because the restaurant failed to have any kale crunch salads made up. He said he would have been mad if he had been behind a car waiting this long 4) my husband asked for a couple of sugar packets (which was clearly printed on the receipt) and did not receive any sugar So, Manager, whichever crew you had working on this night did not do a good job and probably needs a refresher course in customer service."

"Employees were very sweet and helpful but the big hullabaloo over their chicken sandwich... I just didn't get it. It's okay not any better than other chicken sandwiches I have had. But the price for 4 small chicken strips and small waffle fry and a lemonade was $12. Prices are crazy high everywhere to eat out."

"I had an amazing experience here dining in. The workers were extremely nice AND ACCOMMODATING! Everyone was genuine and happy to be serving the guests. It was a joy and treat to slow down and eat here with my baby. She was too young for the play area but she got a new book with her kids meal and was very pleased. (You have to request a book for a child under 3) Thank you Chick fil a staff."
