"Very disappointed. Ordered flowers 24 hours ahead to be delivered and the person never received them. First time ever ordering flowers for my mom and then when we asked at end of day if she got them she said she didn't. Called at end of the day after not receiving order and they said I may get it the day after that and to call back if not received in a couple of days. The moments already gone now. And so is the occasion. I paid good money for this and didn't get no cheap arrangement. Will not be coming back or recommending. Went to another flower store locally and they were amazing and made personalized order on spot in under 30 minutes on VALENTINE'S DAY. Can't believe this place can't get something delivered in 24 hours when they offer same-day delivery."

"I'll give them this. The flowers are beautiful. HOWEVER!!! Unless you want your roses to be misplaced on Valentine's Day, then this is your place. I paid for an $80.00 red rose package (plus delivery fee) and it was to be delivered for February 14th, but it got misplaced. Sure, they remade it and all, but that meant my girlfriend had to go PICK IT UP HERSELF! In other words, she didn't get it delivered personally to her office. In that case, I'll be coming to collect the money for my delivery fee. If you guys can't deliver my girlfriend's roses correctly and then have the guts to have her come pick up her gift herself, then you don't need the $8.40 I gave you. Unbelievable!"
