Casey's

"Casey’s employees are always typically the nicest kind and I never have any troubles or a long wait if your thing is usually taken care of pretty quick, the only thing that I have any sort of negative complaint on is the receipt papers on some of the gas pumps or not regularly change so I have to skip getting a receipt sometimes."

"Pick up instructions were to write a joke on the inside of the pizza box lid. I was not let down."

"I love Casey's pizza unfortunately this particular Casey's rarely has pizza that looks any good if there is any out at all they could do better on the pizza side. The other side is always pleasant and available."

"There were 5 different Casey employees running around doing nothing except looking busy while one poor man ran the registers with I kid you not 10-13 people in line waiting. It took me 15 mind to get out of the store and then had to run back in to get money because the pump was set wrong! Whoever was managing at this time is an awful team leader."

"Card reader at pumps never work. Probably the 4th or 5th time I've gone and there was a sticky note to pay inside. Not enough number of pumps for the amount of traffic this Casey's gets at all, I don't know what their corporate surveyors were thinking when they planned the number of pumps here. Almost always waiting in line to pump gas behind another car. Never enough people to help anyone when the card readers are down so you spend 10 minutes waiting inside just to pump fuel. E85 here is mediocre at best (68% ethanol peak test percentage during summer blend) and E85 is about the only thing this station has going for it, besides the bathrooms which are clean the majority of the time. Nobody wants to have to go inside to pay. Some people need to pump more than two types of fuel as well, which means going in twice because as soon as you hang up the nozzle it defaults for you to go inside and get your remaining money, shutting the pump off in the process even though there's still money on the pump. Wouldn't have this problem if the card readers at the pump actually worked. Station is not open 24/7 which is also mid, but I guess covid ruined that too. Even though the Casey's on the other side of town is open 24/7 (that Casey's does not have E85 for anyone wondering). The pumps here used to run at night even though the store was closed and the lights were off if you paid with a card, but it seems like that's no longer a thing either. Didn't matter much anyways because the card reader is basically always down like I said before but it was nice to have when it was working at times."
