"Card and cash machines have been broken for months fix your equipment!! All they care about is the stupid main wash and not the actual quality way of washing a car with self serve… terrible company"

"They use to be an awsome car wash, but since they opened up their new location on hwy 10. The location on 34 has gone down hill especially the self service. Which I loved using on my vehicles. It won't take cards or cash it seems like, only coins and some of the settings don't work. Most of the time when I drive by it seems like the self service is usally closed. Super dissapointing that the quality of this location has gone down. I hope it turns around in the near future. For now I will take my bussiness else where."

"This use to be my favorite car wash but now since they got the new card machines in I won't ever go back. It didn't work right for me and didn't display the options so I ended up paying like 35$ for one car wash. It was the most expensive one of them all. I tried to go back to find a different option but none would show up. So with a line of cars behind me I purchased the ridiculous priced wash. Already irritated I get through the wash and the back of my car is still really dirty. If I pay that much for a car wash I would expect it to come out spotless. The basic wash got my car cleaner than this. I sent the pictures and emailed customer service and they didn't even bother to help make it right. Good to know because I will never be going back. I would just rather wash my car myself next time. I've heard nothing but bad things lately about using zips car wash at both locations."

"I use to love this car wash because they’d spray the car by hand so it always got it super clean but lately they’ve hardly been spraying and the car wash itself doesn’t clean the back of the car at all. Comes out looking a dirty as it did before."
