"We eat here once a week. Everything is good except for the fries. They are always limp and soggy. We always have hope something will change. 90% of the time we have to cook the fries more when we get home so we don’t have to eat undercooked soggy fries. Wings are great though."
"My husband and I visited Wingstop last month! It was a Friday night and it was POPPIN’! The Wingstop Team was friendly and professional. Our food did take a little while, and that was directly related to the amount of people that were there before us. Completely understandable! My husband ordered wings and I ordered a chicken sandwich. We both enjoyed our food very much! Thank you, Wingstop!"
"As a former employee this place is great. It's the managers that are absolutely horrible. They treat you differently and talk to you like a dog or they just won't talk to you at all. Constantly complaining at you for things you didn't do and the communication is horrible. You never know your schedule until last minute and basically worked like a dog for such little pay. Do not recommend working here."
"10/10 would recommend not going to this wing stop. Ordered the 20 piece wings. These are the song of wings they gave me. Once I got home (45 minute drive) I called to ask for a refund because wings that tiny aren’t worth the 30 dollars I spent. When calling they gave me the run around for over 5 minutes just to say the manager isn’t there. (Which he was I could hear him in the background talking to the worker and I saw him when I picked up my order) they said he would call me tomorrow. He never called. I called again and they hung up on me. So I called back and they said the manager doesn’t speak any English. (Which is fine since I speak Spanish). Manager refused to do anything about it."
"The fries are what make Wingstop worth it but dang the quality has gone downhill lately. Mushy soggy and greasy fries should just be thrown away. Also, it’d be nice to put rub wings on top of sauced wings not the other way around on a to go order. You’d think that would be a standard procedure. Also asked for extra seasoning and there’s barely any on there :/"
