"My husband and I are consistent customers of Blue Ember Smokehouse! Our last visit was January 2nd and this is my first review!! My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich and potato salad. I ordered a ✨ girl dinner ✨ aka baked sweet potato, fried okra, and green beans! We both really enjoy their pulled pork, and sometimes I like to just get their sides. Their green beans are my FAVORITE! If I had more room in my tummy, I would have ordered their mac n’ cheese because it is sooooo good! The Blue Ember Team was kind and professional. The restaurant was clean and I enjoy their environment! I really enjoy the music! We have been times where it is super busy and there is limited seating, but this particular night there were more options! Thank you Blue Ember Smokehouse for what you contribute to Fort Smith and the River Valley! I appreciate you!!"

"The BBQ baked potato is very good. When we first got the food, I was worried the portions weren't big enough for the price, but I was wrong--we were both stuffed! The seasoning on the fries is good, and each of the different BBQ sauces offered were awesome. Friendly staff, quick checkout process, and they were great about keeping the dining area clean."

"The food was amazing! I tried something new and was so pleastly surprised. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends. For my first time here, I can't think of a single thing I would change or more I could have asked for. The service was amazing, and I'm still full even after having a lighter meal. I've gone to more expensive restaurants and getting a salad was such a disappointment. This was phenomenal. I got the Fort Chaffee and a baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon. Yum!!"
