"A group of 39 people consisting of volunteers and the youth they mentor were supposed to load the bus at 6:45 for a trip to the Minnesota Science Museum. The bus did not arrive The bus had been confirmed the Wednesday prior (reserved for 2.5 months). There was no after-hours number to call, and we ended up checking in with the Becker County Sheriff dept to see if there had been an accident, there had not been. It was over 1.5 hours before we were able to reach the company, the driver had his days mixed up. A bus was then offered to be sent but by the time it arrived, it would have been close to 3 hours late. It is a 3.5-hour drive to the museum. No discount was offered and no real apology or anything was said to try and correct this mistake. It has been 4 days, and the bus company has still not reached out. Why is there no double checking the bus is in route? Why isn’t the driver’s number given to the group? Why is it felt there is no need to apologize, try and make things right? It took months of preparation for this trip, along with numerous donors to make this possible. Do better Anderson Bus."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this company! We rented out a 'party bus' for my wedding party last weekend. I've contacted the manager, Michelle, a couple times leading up to the wedding with questions and she was so polite and easy to work with. We knew we wanted pictures downtown Fargo but we didnt know where downtown until the day of our wedding when talking with our photographer. The driver was really friendly and worked with us as we jumped out for photos every couple of blocks. She just circled the block waiting. Everything went so smoothly!
