"Food and service are great. The only thing wrong is price. 2 cold cut combos and 2 large tea should not be over 29.00"
"They don't even try. YOU have to get double protein to get half of what you're supposed to get. Seriously. Otherwise you're just getting a bread sandwich with vegetables. Last time I went the tomatoes were clearly frozen and thawing. AWFUL. Still a better experience then the other Subways in town."
"For the past few years I've listened to my mother tell me about the various issues, including racial issues, she has experienced at this subway location, particularly with the manager. Every other time she has given the manager grace. However, today my mother notice it has been a RACIAL pattern with the manager. The manager is always late to open the store, slow to serve my mother, or serve others non-minorities first when my mother was the only customer in the store. This morning was very obvious. She walked into the store, waited a few minutes until the manager came around with her cart with food stacked. Not asking if she can help my mother, the manager proceeded to open the food warmer doors and fixed the shelf. My mother noticed a black sporty car pulls up with an older white male getting out. Then the manager turns around and ask if she can help my mother. My mother then gives her order. As mentioned, my mother was the first and only customer at the store for quite some time. As the manager was making my mother's order, the manager starts making the man's order. The manager check the man out and he left. Eventually, it lead to the manager not making my mothers order at all. She was making his order. As mentioned, my mother was there first. It's the principle about the situation, and given the circumstances the manager have racial tendencies. My mother expressed her concerns with the manager and even the Regional Director. The REGIONAL DIRECTOR sent my mother an automated email that brushed off her racial concerns. More actions should be taken regarding any racial issue. It is simple. As a customer, who came in first, my mother should have been served first and instantly. As a Black woman, she should never have to go through this. This is a legal matter."
"As a regular customer, I go to this subway from time to time on my way to work to order my lunch. The manager normally is there to open the store and is working alone. She's always been either slow to open the store or took her time serving me. I gave her grace because she was the only one there working. There was a time where she served a white older male before me as I was there in line first, but I excused it because I figured she was trying to prevent from having a line. Again, I've noticed when I come she's not quick to serve me as she's always preparing the prep or getting things staged. But this morning was very obvious. I walked into the store, waited for 3 minutes until she came around with her cart with food stacked. Not asking if she can help me, she then opens one of the food warmer doors and fixed the shelf. I noticed a black sporty car pulls up with an older white male getting out. Then she turns around and ask if she can help me. He comes into the store. Then I give her my order. As she was making my order, she starts making his (as he was a regular I guess because she knew what he wanted) I noticed she was placing eggs on the flour and asked does eggs come with my order. She sad oh no. That's when I realized she stopped making my order. She was making his order. She puts his sandwich or wrap in the steam, wrapped it and checked him out. At this time she had not even started to completing my sandwich. To keep my composure, I walked out of the store and left. Then about 5 minutes later, I called her and told her why I left. She stated she had to put my sandwich in the steamer that's why she did his first, which was not true because she had to put his in the steamer. I told her I felt this was racial because I am a black female, and she has more respect for the white male because I've experienced this before with her. She said oh my son is interracial. Which was a statement to convince me she's not races. I felt as if I was not worthy to be treat first. I was a customer who waited on her to serve me and then had to allow another customer to be served first in order to get my food. This didn't happen once but TWICE. I walked out because I will not allow my ancestors, who marched for equality, who were beaten and hung for equality, who were disrespected and mistreated for equality, their pain and suffering for equality to be in vein. As a customer, who came in first, I should have been served first and instantly. I will never visit this location as long as that manager is there. This saddens me as a customer, consumer, and black woman to be treated this way."
"2nd bad experience at this location. 1st time a lot of the various ingredients where almost gone and what was left looked old. 2nd time the toaster oven was not working which wouldn't be that bad if the bread on my sandwich looked cooked through, which it doesn't. I believe I'll be trying another location from now on."
