"I am a local that has been a victim of this store for a long time. This store is slow, can't keep good employees, and the line/wait is always terrible for a "convenience" store. The past two times I've been there I've dealt with a guy named Robert. About a month ago I asked him "how's it going", he responded with something to the likes of, it's terrible, I dont like this job, and this store is ridiculous. Today it took him a solid minute of me standing at the counter for him to look up and ask "what do you need" I said nevermind I'll go somewhere else! His attitude is terrible! I found out today that he is the manager!!!!!! WTH!!! Do better Circle K!!!! This is a customer service job ROBERT!!!!! Go work in a dark warehouse away from people if you hate life so much!!!!!!!"

"I seldom go into the store, but EVERY TIME I do the floor is FILTHY. Today Sunday, September 17th around 2 pm there were at first 2 cashiers open. Then one went to the back to try & find something a man wanted. Then with about 6-8 people in line she puts up her sign she is closing her side. Also I purchase gas there sometimes but never fill up , the pumps are too slow. We have a lot of visitors to our area because of Lake DeGray and to me this store is an embarrassment to our community. 6682 Hwy 7. Bismarck, Arkansas 71929"

"ALWAYS has ONLY one cashier. Rarely you will see two cashier's. Even then this store has such a high value of customers that customers don't have much or any options when it comes to store made hot and cold foods. Things like hit pizza slices or pre made cold footlong sandwiches. Prices of things are very unclear until you pay. Best advice... Ask for your receipt and look it over. I bet that the fountain drink that you got wasn't under a $1.00 anymore."

"I realize that most people who are happy with the business won't go and review it. It's only people who have been treated very rudely are appalled by something who will go and write these reviews. I will no longer support Valero after the manager in Bismarck Arkansas made fun of ridiculed and belittled a child with special needs leaving his mother in tears and his teenage brother to be the one to go in and defend his mother and brothers honor. This is unconscionable and should never have happened in this family is owed a huge apology in my opinion. I urge the Arkansas Valero chain to no longer have any contracts with this owner. If I was this child's mother there would be a lawsuit."
