"The employees were very rude and did not inform us of their one day return policy. It is not written anywhere on their policy sign and we were not informed about it when purchasing an item. Also, the customer service in general was awful as the employees talked behind my back about me while I was taking a phone call to figure out the situation."

"The lady that sold to my grandmother manipulated her and my sister into buying something by saying "we can't hold an item for more than 24 hours." So they bought it as to time restrains. Mind you, that day, the lady did not specify any policies. Next thing you know we come back the next day looking for a return and they somehow now have a "one-day return policy." The lady did NOT specify any policy and wanted to sell to them as quickly as possible. Plus, on their policy sign, it did not say anything about a one-day policy. The store employees were al VERY rude to my mother when she was simply trying to reason with the lady about how my grandmother was not informed about any of this. The lady was also very rude to me and my siblings, saying stuff behind my mother's back."
