"So much wrong with my visit today I could write a book about it. However I'll shorten it to this... Night managers get a 5 star all day for helping me. Day management gets a 1 star. Shane (night manager) and another woman who's name I didn't get, went above and beyond expectations and I appreciate that."

"We ordered the loaded omelet biscuits and hashbrowns, on 1-20-24. They were alot smaller than the loaded biscuits we have ordered before. The meat was located on a small section of the biscuits, maybe a spoonful. So it was mostly an egg and cheese biscuit. The hashbrowns, which are normally cooked to perfection, were undercooked and soggy. I really should've taken a photo of those "loaded" biscuits. At least we got something I guess."

"Candied Bacon Frisco Burger is a great flavor combination. The reason for the low rating is that the only thing right about my order was the Coke Zero with no ice. 1. I asked for no tomato on my sandwich because i'm allergic and there was tomato. 2. I asked for curly fries and was given regular fries with 2 curly on the top to keep me from noticing before I drove away. Very disappointed with the service I received. And now have to deal with the fallout of having taken a bite of the sandwich with the tomato on it. My throat is already swelling."

"Ordered 2 of the "Big" breakfast platters and they came with a whopping 8 little hash brown rounds, the biscuits were okay but then the eggs were like rubber. Service was good but the bench style tables are too small and do not accompany anyone that is bigger than average. The bacon wasn't cooked all the way and stringy like. The sausage on the other platter was 10 times better than the bacon was. The cooks either can't cook or they don't care and someone will end up getting hospitalized or worse from being served under cooked pork."
