"We purchased our first Cavapoo from Petit Jean Puppies in December 2023 and could not be happier. The process was seamless, the PJP team was great to work with, and even met us halfway to deliver our precious boy. We are so in love and see a lifetime of PJP Cavapoos in our future!"
"From the moment we contacted Petit Jean Puppies about our interest in one of their puppies, it was a fabulous experience! They were very professional, informative, and responsive to our inquiries. We were quickly approved and made arrangements to pick up our precious Cavapoo traveling from Houston, TX to Perryville, AR. We appreciated how they were able to accommodate our meeting in person according to our schedule. We love our puppy so much and are incredibly thankful for how excellent of a breeder Petit Jean Puppies is with their puppies."
"Our first PJP puppy we picked up in November of 2021, I believe we worked with Laura and Gina- we had such an amazing experience... and our dog "Marcel" who is now brady- is literally the best dog ever, so when my daughter found a little girl on PJP that she was dying to have we were like sure... this experience was not the same with Amber the new owner... it actually has been terrible. My mother in law picked up our baby "Diez" who is now Kobie on Friday before Christmas, she apparently had just been groomed- it was a very poor job- but that was the least of our concerns... hair will grow back. Kobie arrived at our house on Saturday. She was so playful and fun, but we noticed there was blood in her stool- Amber sent some medicine home, which at first I did not agree with giving it to her because as a nurse- there was no MG marking I had no idea how much I was giving or why I was really giving it- but because there was blood I went ahead and gave it. Everyday Kobie seemed to get worse, more and more blood. The vet opened and we took her in we were there for 3 hours- I contacted Amber and the response from her was shocking... I Have never been more disappointed. She told me I should not have gone to the vet- even though there was SO much blood that it was all over her fur, she then told me the tests the vet was running were inappropriate and I was being scammed. She also could not tell me when Kobie had her last vet check- we thought we were picking up a healthy dog but that was not the case. The first vet bill should have been $75- turns out it was FOUR HUNDRED... and her response was you shouldn't have gone to the vet, if you want I can ship you the medication. Amber was so unprofessional, she had a rebuttal for everything I said. Amber seems to think she is a vet, and knows more than others... I disagree with the vaccine schedule... Marcel's was very different, Marcel also was not sent home with the medication mixture that Kobie was sent home with. This has been more than "Stress Colitis" One week after being under the care of a medical professional there is still a good amount of blood in her stool. We were sent home with a sick dog that needs lots of care, medications 3-4 times a day, and lots of watery stools. Amber hasn't offered anything... we signed that we were getting a well dog and she never offered to pay a portion of the vet bill. Be careful with using PJP... it is not what it use to be, the level of professionalism and knowledge is not the same under the new owner. **UPDATE** We have had Kobie Since the Friday before Christmas. We went back to the Vet, she is still having bloody diarrhea- the vet is having to send off her stool to a lab to run tests to see what is causing this so she can be treated appropriately. The NEW PJP is very different... there was not Certificate of health... maybe it was on purpose and she knew she was selling a sick dog. I know there are alot of PJP supporters... I once was one myself which is why we got a second dog from the, but his new ownership is not the same... no honesty, no professionalism...no communication. I will continue to share my story of this new PJP experience. It is not fair to spent this amount of money and be given a very sick dog that needs extra tender love and care. Laura would have never done something like this- Amber is very different than the previous owner. Becareful getting a puppy from the new PJP... you can expect a PUPPY MILL experience ***LAST UPDATE*** Test results came back today and fecal sample came back positive for Giardia- I don't know alot about puppy things... but when I google it seems you get this from being in a dirty environment. Amber suggested "I bet Kobie has Giardia" the only way she would know that is if there was an outbreak at her puppy mill. I have 3 dogs technically from 3 different breeders and never experienced Giardia with any of our pups. Amber really did a number on us because now all of our pups have been exposed to this. Be very careful where you get your pups... do your research."
"We had purchased a Cavapoo from PJP two years ago. We love our boy. We purchased a little girl in December 2023. We were told she was up to date on all shots and just been vet checked. With purchasing the little boy before, we trusted that everything was the same as before. We heard there was a new owner. When we got our sweet baby girl home we noticed she had blood in her stool. We took her our vet immediately. They ran test and to this day almost a month later she still has it. Have spent 600.00 so far trying to find out what was wrong. My daughter in law said when we got the first dog they did not send drugs home with us. They had 4 syringes full of stuff to give her. They said it was her tummy if she was upset when she got to our house. She threw up 10 times in the car on the ride home only an hour drive PJP will not respond to any of this and said we should not have taken her to the vet. Since then we have read where PJP have had other issues reported. They guarantee 100% healthy dogs. There was no record from a vet in her papers. . I took the dog to my sons the day after I got her for Christmas. To this day PJP will not help out at all. Beware for sick dogs and no help from PJP"
"Our beautiful cavapoo just celebrated her 5th birthday!! We are so thankful for PJP. Since the day we got her, Candy has always been super lovable, cuddly, and healthy!! I cannot recommend this breeder enough!"
