"Myself and my family have been with the dover school district since 1992. With at least 1 child soon to complete k-12. There was a time I would of stood with pirate pride for the games and school alike. But now like all things with.the government envolement it is politically ran. The teachers are expected to follow state guide lines that almost has nothing to do with personal envolment of the child. Larger classes makes it harder for individual learning. So those whom need the extra help cannot get it. Not enough funds makes it even harder for the learning processes. I would say take away from althelics....but ever season just proves the dire straits they are in as well. Bring back one on one teaching, smaller classes with small school ethics and morals with teacher appreciation. And that would be a school worth attending."
