"Update: Kasey reached out to me and found a solution to the issue. I’m a public defender in the are and a client was in a car owned by another that was towed by this company. The client’s identity documents were left in the car and this company will not allow for their retrieval with the owner’s consent in a notarized letter. The receptionist went on a tangent explaining the transfer of title and it’s legal process to gain access to the car leaving out how tow companies can seek forfeiture after a period of time. I hope law enforcement in the area relies less upon this company and considers alternatives"

"K and K totaled my truck September 2021 after trying to say it was not their fault, my insurance who hired them made them pay. Their terrible company insurance stated they had to pay $1000 for their deductible to me. Crystal kept saying she sent it and I told her I never received the money. January 2022 she said she would meet me in Moorhead and never did. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE dishonest and they still owe me money. IF your insurance tries to hire them refuse. NEGATIVE STARS!!!"
