"Day before our wedding, called to make sure all the details were in line. No answer. Day of our wedding when the bus didn’t show up, no answer. Day after we got stiffed, no answer. Called from a different number on Monday and someone finally answered, to the manager who said she was too busy to answer her phone over the weekend, blamed us for not coordinating the event even though we emailed and called constantly. I asked for a refund, she said she would get back to me the next day…. 4 days later they offered a small discount, which I argued for more. We got half of our money back, but we also lost an hour of our wedding day, and they were not apologetic for what happened. 0/10 would recommend. Go somewhere else."
"We had a terrifying ride, there was a driver who was training. He had no business driving a bus that large with his experience. Be aware of this inexperienced driver. I believe he could have rolled the bus with 20 of my family members. When we reached our first stop I had the experienced driver step in. We are all still traumatized by this. We feel lucky nothing serious happened. The reason I am writing this is because when I called the woman on the phone at Fargo Party Ride was defending the new driver of 3 weeks. I just said you will be sorry when something tragic happens."
"I've used Fargo Party Ride twice now. Scott is amazing to talk to and so helpful with planning/quotes. Andrew and Troy were the two drivers I had, both very friendly and helpful. Which isn't easy with a bus load of drunk people! The busses themselves were good. The first time there was lots of room and plenty of ice in the bins. The second time(New Years) we had the godfather(28 people cap) and it seemed really small. We only had 25 people on and it was a tight squeeze. Not to mention a huge lack of ice, and coolers were not permitted. Both times I've used this company though it had been great. Super fun and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend and will be using again!!"
