"Customer service was HORRIBLE. A friend and I went in the store looking to buy something and the lady working never got off her personal cell phone to ask us if we needed help. She was rude any time she spoke to us and continuously snapped at us when we walked to different sections of the store. She made a point to ask every other customer that came in if they needed help but continuously ignored us other than to yell at us. We definitely will never be coming back to this store as there are much MUCH better options in Fayetteville with way better customer service. Needless to say, we left without buying what we came in for."

"The staff there are excellent, helpful, courteous and answers all questions with assertiveness and diligence. If you are unsure of an item just feel free to ask and you will be quite suprised. The layout of the store is awesome, a child can stand next to the building and look through the windows and wont see any adult items on display, it feels like a very relaxed and awesome atmosphere and the product display is just perfect.So if you looking for a lingerie store with extras this place will have it. So much to offer and great staff. I highly recommend giving them a try."
