Sonic Drive-In

"Don't go to any Sonic. The company has no appreciation for longtime, loyal customers. I have nothing against this location. But after being treated like a criminal at the East Sunshine location in Springfield, Missouri, when their actions damaged my vehicle, I avoid all Sonics. I drove by this one today, and would have stopped for lunch had it not been for the Springfield location. I'll mention that I called corporate, and was told someone would be in touch with me. But they lied. And I find it humorous that subsequent reviews of other Sonics I passed by get responses to call corporate. Hey ... I did ... you LIED ... nobody reached out. Check your records for my original call, get back with me, and MAYBE I'll start spending too much money with you again."

"This local place usually gives great service, and the food is awesome too. However, on this occasion, I waited an extra 12 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready according to the app online where I ordered it. They only had one customer on the lot. I can’t believe they couldn’t have had the order ready in the allotted time. I told you young lady it was a big disappointment that they were that inefficient. However, I’m still getting them a five star rating because they’ve been great for many years, and she had a good attitude. Just beware, if you were online on the app, they’re not very efficient."

"I can't rate it one star, because some people do their jobs. I'm leaving it at 2, because after getting a cup full of syrup, and bringing it to the sonic so they know I didn't drink it, and I need a replacement, they charged me again bc she swore she put as little caramel in there as possible. Idk what kind of person you think I am, but I emptied that first cup of syrup all over your parking lot for you, maybe now you can tell the difference between a scammer and a dissatisfied customer. Terrible service."

"Got a potato chip for a chicken strip missed half my order was not charged but it was on the scree. Associate was extremely rude but was Youngblood Manger was to busy. Remade to strips but wanted to charge forbthem."

"They got the order correct but skimped on the chili and cheese on the footling cheese coney. Also, I usually leave off any lettuce and tomato on any sandwich from a fast food joint because the lettuce is getting brown and the tomatoes, well, let's just say they aren't ripe. I forgot to say no lettuce and no tomato on my crispy chicken sandwich. I added pics of the lettuce and tomato. Yuck on that lettuce. And the tomatoes, y'all call these tomato slices?! Service was good, car hop was friendly. I didn't wait for them to take my order, so they get two stars. The quality of the food was just under par. Oh, and to the Owner, your link to submit more info doesn't work."
