"Service has really gone down hill. I've had several little issues, but most importantly, getting jipped seems to be a running gag. The last 3 times i ordered a large pickle fry, I had similar results. Container held about 1/3 of the amount it's supposed to... C'mon Sonic South! #DoBetter"

"Ordered double cheeseburger ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito Tater tots and root beer. As the bag was given to me there was a strong odor of what initially smelled like cleaning agent coming from the bag, The smell was very apparent in the filling of the burrito and buns of the burger And tots. All food tasted bitter and terrible And the root beer tasted like McDonald's Sprit. Hopefully I was the only person to notice if not management needs to supervise their crew while cleaning the kitchen or ensure food inventory is not expired And stored at proper temperatures. Truly an embarrassment"

"Who ever took our order was rude from the get go. Comes out said food "wasn't bagged right" for the kids meals. Took them back then comes out and hand us empty kid meals bags. So $40 for two cheese burgers and sides. Manager was rude and ignorant when calling about it. Avoid this place at all costs. They will steal your money and your food. We're notifying our bank of the now fraudulent charges placed on our card from here."

"The experience of the pull-up and dine is unique. The service of this particular Sonic was good. The staff was friendly and helpful but like normal the food is subpar. The only thing I really like is their mozzarella sticks or milkshakes are all right. But it's all way too expensive for the quality."
