"We took out 2007 GMC to this shop because he was a friend. They joked about ripping us off and how they want to keep us coming back so we have to keep paying them. Didnt think they were serious until we talked to 3 other trained mechanics. They let their son work on it, he broke a sensor and he completely missed the actual problem after taking the timing cover and water pump off. If they were good they would see that the timing tensioner was off. They told us there was another we would have to come back and get fixed, didnt give us the paperwork after the code were run like they did the first time, and even admitted it after that they messed up. They replaced a output shift seal, that is now in the shop getting fixed because its leaking after less then a month. BUT they are now saying they wont give us a refund because they think there is no proof. Watch out, because if your vehicle never seems to get fixes here they are doing it for more money."
