Reviews
"this is a great community Grocery Store. They really do save me from driving 30+ miles into the Fort Smith community or other outlying small towns a and at pretty much the same price."
"I have gotten so many things out of date here and the employees are far from friendly. I dread even having to go"
"Hit and miss on ex dates, on meat and produce that ls available And looks good, on product availability. Store does look very clean. Parking is nice and close. And thank you for not making me check myself out! Prices are too high. Would make this all better with a greeting, smile, offer to carry to car for someone with walker or cane. Wish you had delivery ( not Thru a third party)."
"First I’m gonna say that I’m not usually one to write reviews or to honestly care enough about anything to share it publicly, however, there is one thing that I am very passionate about and that is the health and well-being of children. So when I go into a store and 9 out of 10 of the baby foods I grab are expired, then there is a problem. Don’t get me wrong, I know the service industry is busy and sometimes things get overlooked but there’s no way you can overlook something that has expired two years ago. The baby food is expired, the formula is expired because they put all the new stock on top of the old every time. So all of the stuff at the bottom could be from years ago. Now, I pulled some of the food off the shelves, I didn’t have time to pull all of it. There was a lot. I went to check out and ask to speak with Jay, the store manager, and am told that he is off. So I ask to speak with Judy, the scanning coordinator. When she comes up, already looking irritated that she has to work, I explained to her what happened and she says “ok we will trash it” “there’s no way, we just checked all the baby food two months ago” “hopefully we can get to it some day” “we’re not superhero’s”... Your lack of any sympathy for the situation is mind boggling. Do they not realize that babies can get seriously sick from eating expired baby food. Judy, I’m sorry if you don’t care about the health and well being of children, but I do. Corporate has been called, WIC has been called and I will be back tomorrow. If it isn’t taken off the shelves I will keep calling corporate until something is done about it. Attached are pictures of baby food from 2018, 2019 and 2020"
