"The dentist and the hygienists here are great and I am honestly upset I have to find a different place to go because of terrible billing practices. I have gotten multiple cleanings, and a cavity repaired, and I was about to schedule a new crown when I found out they sent me to collections over a 37.00 bill. I received a phone call about the charge and requested a bill but never received it. Not once during this call did they say anything about nearing a point of collections. Instead of calling me again, they claim to have sent "multiple emails" that do not exist in any of my inboxes. All they had to do was give me a call that it was nearing the point of collections but instead, they turned over a great patient to collections over a trivial sum of money without proper communication. I still don't even know what the 37.00 was even for as I have yet to receive a bill."

"Dr. Hanson did an amazing job for me on a back tooth filling. I was nervous to get my first filling but he used topical numbing so I barely even felt the numbing needle. He did an excellent job numbing me for the filling and I had no discomfort the whole time. He took the time to take pictures and show me after, and everything looked really precisely and cleanly done. Thank you so much!"
