Sonic Drive-In

"The Fry's was old and cold I just give them to my dog the I bought a new member 10 chicken sandwich crispy the sandwich chicken with warm but not very hot and my fries they've is so bad and so cold and so old I give them to my dog Well, I live right here in green forest. I haven't been to sonic and several months. I decided I drop drop by and get something to eat for a change and try it again. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I come home with a cheeseburger. No bacon paid for something that I did not get. I won't be back to sonic ln greenforest arkansas"

"I have visited this sonic a handful of times and each visit is enjoyable. Fast, friendly service and the food is always fresh. My last carhop, Edward, was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back."

"I’ve had one waitress that was very nice and knew how to wait (left her a 10$ tip for a 10$ meal) The other I had multiple times you have to ask for the bear necessities to eat the meal and she acts like you owe her something for doing so."

"The night shift crew at this location is the worst. It's always the same experience. Slow service, cold food, lack of communication, and one car hop, a girl with brightly colored hair is ALWAYS rude, impatient and snappy, for no reason at all. Tonight their drive through was empty, and there were three cars in the stalls and they still took 20 minutes to bring me a bag of ice. I hate having to come here. Most of the time I will drive out of my way to the Berryville location to get food from Sonic because I know it'll be fresh, fast, and they're always polite and patient even when they have a line of cars waiting in the drive through. The managers either don't care about their employees lack of customer service and their severe lack of urgency on getting their orders out the door or they choose to ignore it. There's no reason for the way this location operates and its pretty ridiculous. I'm not someone that usually takes the time to even write bad reviews about places because I usually don't care and I understand that everyone has bad days, but it is ALWAYS like this and it's annoying to say the least."

"These guys are by far some of the laziest and by far the worst "cooks" I have ever seen. Food never comes out right, and when it does its not worth the money you're spending. Taste 3/10. Presentation 0/10. Cook speed 2/10. Then they always close the restaurant a good 30-45 minutes early. If they can't even work their full shift how do you expect them to put a burger together? Worst sonic in northwest arkansas."
