"Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Kaitlin H! She is beyond sweet and will be super honest with you about your hair health. After a previous disappointing experience with hair extensions from a different salon, I initially booked a simple haircut to test the waters. However, Kaitlin's exceptional skills and kind personality immediately put me at ease. I felt so comfortable with her that we even booked a color appointment during the cut! "Drove an hour to my appointment at 10:00. The receptionist called me at 9:03 when I was half way there because the stylist was going to be out and I understand it was out of her control but she did nothing except say there was nothing she could do.
