"Great place. It isn’t an upscale salon, so it is a nice casual experience (as you should expect). As such, it can get quite busy, so you should use the app to check in- and if you do it later in the day or just walk-in, you may not get in. But that’s not their fault. Tabitha (sp?) shaves simple designs in my sons hair at the beginning of the school year. They are patient and kind to my squirmy kids, so we love that she’s been there for multiple years (low turnover, and can build a relationship)."

"I don't know if I came on the wrong time or day, but the service and haircut I received from the "barber" Allyson Hammond was worse than I could've imagined possible. My forehead and scalp were red and filled with cuts after the aggressive and careless manner she cut my hair in. There were almost no adjustments made after the buzzer and no checking to see if the lengths were correct after cutting. In fact there were no questions after the initial interaction where I told her what haircut I wanted. I did not even have a chance to intervene because the haircut was done in less than 5 minutes. After it was done, all she said was "you can get up now", only after staring at her and standing up did she finally ask if I was satisfied with the haircut. I said yes to get out and avoid further damage to my scalp. Even if she was having the worst day ever, this treatment is simply not tolerable under any circumstances. I believe if I gave a homeless person on the street a hair clipper and a pair of scissors they would show more care toward my hair than this barber. If this haircut was free I would still consider it a robbery."

"I do love great clips, it's cheap and most of the girls there just can not perform a half hearted hair cut. So you end up saving money and looking great. Definitely sign up on the mobile app, and if your trying to get in soon search wait times for all locations. I work alot and can not schedule a day let alone a week or two out. So this place is great for my lifestyle. Thanks again girls."

"I wish they had a different system for serving a person. As it stands, no appointments can be made and you have to call in to them which I guess is supposed to put you in line. When you get there, they tell you that you will be serviced in an hour and a half. They do call to remind you if you decide to do more errands but when you come back they have you wait for awhile longer. They do cut your hair to your specification though and are a very nice staff."
