"2nd time going. Stopped in on valentine's to remove pervious gel polish. Did not want to get my nails done, but felt pressured by the nail tech to pick a color even though I kept telling her no. Asked for "ballerina pink"..nail tech said that was too clear chose a different shade of pink. Only did one coat. Asks if I wanted Sparkles didn't really let me decide, started painting all my nails rather than just doing a accent nail. I feel things were rushed, I wasn't being heard, she was being pushy. I go back to today and ask if she could please redo since I wasn't happy with the results..( I had my receipt) I would have to pay another 30 dollars for a redo. My first experience here was great, but 2nd time around was a real bummer. Sure, I said I was happy with it at the time to be kind, but once home I realized I could have easily done this. You cant see any pink just sparkles."
