"Not great, got the fish sandwich, 1 spicy and the other was suppose to be not but half way was, with fries.. Not much flavor other than red pepper $18.00... Will try something different if I go again."

"Biscuits were dry. The shrimp had 3 times the normal amount of batter on them and i thought they gave me chicken cause they were so big. Looks like stuff sitting on the tables to keep people from using them. 3 tables had stuff on them that the workers had put there, not food stuff."

"The experience through the drive through was really bad as always. I only ordered three meals and was told there would be a three minute wait for fries. They asked me to park forward next to the door. After watching several others asked to pull forward but still getting their orders way before mine I finally asked an employee what happened but was ignored. They finally came out with a tiny bag that couldn't even contain the food they brought out. I started to inspect the food and a few minutes later was told they messed up and missed a box. I asked for a bigger bag because the one the have me was tiny. He finally agreed but brought out another tiny bag with no sauce or napkins. I'm so tired of this place. Customer service SUCKS!!"

"I'm consistently frustrated as they often forget items in my orders. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, they redirect you to customer service for a refund or suggest picking it up. When you've paid for delivery, the least they can do is ensure the order is accurate. Disappointing service overall."
