"This location just needs to close already. I’ve been through drive through multiple times HOURS before they’re supposed to close and they’re already closing. I’ve been given straws maybe once out of all the times I’ve been. Then had to wait OVER AN HOUR for all of my familys food, granted it’s a large order, but any other fast food place would not have taken this long. This place is absolutely ridiculous with rude employees who obviously don’t want to work there."

"Called asking for cooperates number very respectfully. They refused to give it to me. Asked for the managers name and his words “most definitely won’t give that to you”. He repeatedly hung up in my face. Called back and to tell him he hung up on me. He said “most definitely did”. The order I received had about 5 pieces of men’s hair in my fries. They looked high as a kite. Do not go here they are completely rude and have horrible customer service. They are lazy !!!"

"I got a combo last week and asked for two extra sauces, found out I didn't get only after I got home. They were busy; I should have checked before leaving. Today, they weren't as busy, but still forgot the two extra sauces, which was fine because I checked after leaving the window. I went in and was quickly recognized by the lady at the second window. The conversation went as follows: "What's wrong?" "Can I please get the two extra sauces?" She grabs the sauces. "We usually give two with that combo." "I asked for two extra and didn't get them." That last sentence of mine was spoken to open air as the lady turned around before I was finished and went back to the window. I don't mind if something is forgotten but I do mind being treated like a jackass for going in to get it. Due to her shirt, I'm guessing she was a manager but can't be sure based on the way she spoke to me."

"When paying over $13 for a burger, fries, and a drink, I do expect a little more than meat, bread, and some cheese slapped together and thrown in a bag. First It would be nice if I received the order I paid for. Second, it would be nice to receive my food warm, especially at these prices. Finally, a simple thank you, have a nice day, or just thanks for coming in. Oh yeah, try and look at the customers whenever they visit your restaurant. They are the ones that essentially pay your wages!"

"I'm actually surprised on how good the $3 Croissant plus seasoned potatoes are from here in addition to the Breakfast Baconator Combo I devoured this morning. I thought I had a picture of the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant; but I guess I was so amazed on the taste that I forgot to take a picture. It's not the traditional croissant that you're used to and I believe that what helps it stand above the rest. The croissant is surprisingly softer and flakier than I expected which lead to me devouring before I realized. I suggest purchasing the $3 combo 1st prior to moving on to the Breakfast Baconator Combo. Either way, I don't think you'll be disappointed."
