"We ordered a 6’ and a 12’ we did not request for extra chicken or soo but they charged. We bought 2 packs of chips and 2 bottled lemonade and those were not included in bill. Please be careful while paying the bill. I hope it reaches the owner."

"The employees were rude and had the lights out at 7 pm and we were told it's because they were closing soon. Soon is 9 pm , I believe. Every restaurant around Subway was busy, but the Subway store looked closed and I'm pretty sure they knew exactly what people would think... We thought the store was closed but I saw the small open sign so we decided to check. Very disappointed and I wonder where the manager was..."

"This Subway used to be one of the best around. It seems as though they cannot keep good employees. I used to give GREAT surveys for this store because the employees and food were awesome. They have gone downhill fast, I kept telling myself I would never go back, well after the 4th complete screw up I now refuse to go back to this store. The area manager, Melanie Bell is a joke as well, she will just give you a corporate generated reply and offer you a free cookie and move on. They cannot get your order correct, sandwiches are put together messy and the customer service is a joke! What happened to the past workers, Trish, Marissa or maybe is was Melissa, they were awesome!"
