"Food is always amazing! Today I ordered a big order for pickup. The sides were missing from three of our meals. Sunset Grill noticed and called to offer to bring the sides to us. They are so nice and genuine. They didn’t have to do that at all. They even reheated the sides for us before dropping them by. I definitely recommend!"

"Every time we come to Springdale we always make sure to stop for breakfast at least once. The staff always greet us with a smile and the food is always delicious. Staff are kind and charitable. I can't even think of the smallest complaint other then we don't have on where we are from."

"Good choice for breakfast and lunch. Service was friendly, food was good, no wait for a table. Had the avocado bacon and Swiss omelette that was well seasoned and packed with avocado, Swiss and bacon."

"We sat ourselves as they told us to but multiple parties that came in after us were greeted and served first. Finally we got our drinks and ordered. The waitress said she was sorry and we were totally fine with it, thinking things could still improve. However, I sat without coffee for over ten minutes waiting for a refill. It wasn't that it was super busy either. Just no awareness of how to serve customers it seems. We waited 45 minutes for breakfast and when I got mine, it wasn't even that warm. I'm understanding. I was a server for 7 years. I understand that restaurants get busy on the weekends. However, do not use a "seat yourself" practice if you can't handle it as a restaurant, which clearly Sunset Grill cannot. Unfortunately we will not be back and will take our business elsewhere. Funny thing is we wanted to go to Susan's but didn't because of how crowded it was. However, something tells me we would have been served way quicker there."

"I suppose its the owners. The owners stand an stare with blank looks on there faces, an watch the customers like they are going to steal the tables!! The breakfast over all was ok. But the bacon was cold an tasted like it had laid in grease. The waitress was very good"
