"Went there for first time, was craving a good hot BBQ sandwich. My meat was cold,BBQ was straight out of fridge which made my meal even colder. Asked staff if my meal was supposed to be cold and they said it was hot. 120 degrees,but cold to touch. Instead of trying to help me they told me to get the f___ out of there store. Would not recommend to anyone. Good thing Subway was next door, good hot food!!!"

"When I I showed up to pick up my order, I was told half of what I ordered wasn’t available. I asked to replace the items that weren’t available and they said they could do that. After arriving home and opening the boxes, 2/4 of my orders were wrong and was missing items. My two meat plate only had 2 pieces of chicken and 1 piece of brisket. When I called to resolve this issue, I was hung up on twice. Definitely do not recommend. Horrible customer service. Can find better barbecue somewhere else."

"Maybe it was just a Sunday thing, but had a terrible experience today. Went in to get a few combo meals to go. Most of the items on the menu were out. There was only one customer in front if me, so figured it would not take too long. The only thing available was the brisket. All of the soda machines were out of order except for sprite and root beer. You could tell the paper out of order signs had been taped on those soda fountains for a while. I have been here before and it was pretty good. Not sure what happened to this place. There were 3 young guys "working" there but none of them seemed to know what they were doing. After 20 min of waiting the guy that took my order asked me what I had ordered. I told him again and he started making the French fries. At the 30 min mark I told them to keep the fries and just give me my sandwiches. The containers were so light I thought they forgot to put the sandwitches in there. They gave me two small pieces of greasy buns with barely any meat on them. I asked them why there was not much meat and they told me "it's 4 oz sir". No idea why it would take 3 guys close to 30 min to make 2 very small brisket sandwiches with next to no meat. I just threw them in the trash and walked out. Close to $30 for two meals that took almost a half hour. Avoid this place if you can. There is much better BBQ with better service elsewhere. It was a $29 and 30 min lesson for me."

"After giving this place 5 stars a year ago, I must create a new post. This building has taken a drastic negative downhill turn. Digital signage turned off. Decorations removed from walls. Going inside, they have quite many cameras including two models that make it feel like they got robbed. Menus were now on paper and there is a 3.5% credit card charge on a slip of paper in front of the card machine. Food quality went to horrible lengths as portions are downsized, food is not seasoned, and the ribs had a LITERAL hard crust that snapped when you tried to break them apart. Mac and cheese looked like kraft but without cheese melted. I don't know if this is new management, but this level is unacceptable. Manager when I went to get refund was more interested in changing content on the roku TV than my feedback and they were literally all guessing on how to do a refund with the younger cashier actually assisting me. What was a good BBQ joint is not going to be stable in this neighborhood with these quality standards."

"Ordered a 3 meat plate and this is what I got — what looks like a dog chewed up is supposed to be sliced brisket. The staff and management refused to address it and stated “there’s nothing we can do.” They also didn’t have 2 of the 3 sides I ordered but gave me Mac n cheese to replace without even asking if I wanted it. Horrible management. Horrible customer service. Disgusting food."
