"I was so disappointed with my last visit I have always delt with the staff and they are pretty good to help. I delt with the owner this last time and she had to be the most rude, nasty and hateful person I have ever delt with in a business setting. I asked for help and she said in a hateful voice you're going to have to hold on, she finished putting up what she had in her hands on the shelf around the corner and then came back. After that anything that was asked she responded so hateful and with an attitude that I was taking up her time that she could be stoking or doing something else. The whole time I was in there I felt like I was being got onto. I was so disappointed in the way I was treated. This was the worst customer service I have ever had especially by an owner. So so disappointed in this place and the owner."

"Ihave been going to this State for almost 2 years. I like the owners and the staff is nice and helpful. They have good knowledge of the products and I have had pleasant experiences. The owners sometimes have 2 or 3 dogs in the stores personal office that are not allowed in the main store. The dogs are well behaved and my son loves to go the office and pet the older dogs. I would suggest this store to anyone and agree anyone can have an "off" day."
