"I walked in and I was immediately greeted. But then I noticed the staff watching my every move. I was uncomfortable and continued to shop quickly. I grabbed my energy drinks, paid and left. Not sure if the staff has been trained to not do that. I'm hispanic so it felt like I was being watched because of the color of my skin. I will not be shopping here at Snack Lab any more."

"The steak burrito had a bigger ratio of black beans than steak. Taste wasn't great. I liked the chia pudding but it wasn't labled correctly. I like to know what ingredients are in my food. Staff greeted me but watched me the entire time. It felt awkward. I couldn't shop in peace. Overall not a good experience. I won't be stopping by to grab my go to snacks anymore."

"I love the concept but the food quality is consistently bad. I've tried 3 different foods in the last month and all were bad: teriyaki bowl with greens was soggy and so salty from the sauce, French toast was so hard that I broke my fork trying to cut it, and the Butternut squash soup with chili was just watery and bland. I like the grab n go but for the premium price I expect the food to be edible."

"The environment is very green/eco friendly which was the first thing that caught my eye. Staff is really nice & helpful. They really try to make most of the food gluten free accessible in addition to other dietary needs like vegetarian and vegan. The food was plentiful & filling. They have fresh food or grab & go options so it gives a market vibe. They ran out of tofu for my texmex bowl unfortunately and the food was just ok. I was looking for more flavor but I can tell it’s health conscious so I appreciate that. Will try something different next time."

"First time patron, I was incredibly impressed. The lady at the counter took down a list of my food allergies and help me find a delicious meal. I have the majority of the top food allergies and was still able to find great food. They make everything from scratch daily! I even got to have a delightful brownie for dessert! Very professional, very helpful and very friendly staff. I even got to meet the owner who was quite polite as well. I definitely recommend Snack Lab in Bentonville for a quick bite! Thank you so very much for your attention to detail!"
