Whataburger

"I’m not sure who they allow to answer the phones, the attitude over creamy peppered sauce is completely unacceptable. One, it’s sauce, it’s not life or death. Two, you work in the customer service industry, if you can’t adjust your attitude I suggest you find a new career! I will be investigating on who I spoke with today and I will be following up on corrective action!"

"Stopped in for a chicken biscuit. Not bad, but I do wish it was a chicken fillet not just a chicken strip. However it was still a decent honey butter biscuit."

"I'm a Whataburger fan, but this location consistently fails me. Doesn't matter the time of day, what you order, or how many cars are in the drive thru, the wait will take forever. The burgers are usually dry and lukewarm. Fries often taste old and are cold and limp. They will ALWAYS forget the sauce. I've had this general experience EVERY time I've gone to this location over the last 4 years (probably 10 times in total). This last experience was their last chance. I guess I thought 10th time's a charm. I was the only car in the the drive thru and it took 15 minutes to get my food. Fries were cold and limp. Burgers were dry and cold (cheese not even melted). Sauces forgot after they asked me three times. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Pains me to leave this review for a brand I've been loyal to for decades, but good Lord, get your SH together. Oh, final bill was $55 for two #2, two kids meals, and an a la carte double whataburger with cheese and jalps."

"Waited 15 minutes for my curbside order, and had to call the store to get them to bring it out. The wings were good, and I received a free brownie because I had to wait."

"While not my favorite location (Siloam Springs would be the winner there) i’m not sure what it takes to make a run-of-the-mill burger, joint, my favorite… I think it has to do with the color orange… but either way the food at Whataburger is outstanding! I have not strayed too far from the patty melt because of the richness of the onions and the way the cheese melts into the burger itself, but I am hard-pressed to find another place that has something scrumptious no matter what you do to order"
