"Extra star because the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. That's all the positive I can say. Went for lunch, not that busy but it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. The bigger problem is the place was filthy. The coke mix machine looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a week. The drain on the machine wasn't working, so instead of draining, it was overflowing so it ran down the front and onto the floor. Counter where you get your straw was nasty, probably from cups sitting in the overflowing drain. Men's room was "out of order" and the door was taped with clear packing tape. Not sure, but it looked like it had been there a while. This used to be a great place, but I'm not sure that I can walk back in there again."

"Food was trash. Chicken was like eating jello and if i wanted jello id go to a jello store. fries were decent tho. would not recommend coming back and wont see me again at this scam of an eatery."

"This used to be a no brainer place for delicious wings and fries. However, over the years the change in management has made the place a total pain. Ordering ahead has gone from 20-30 minute wait to a 50-60 minute wait. Forget even ordering at the counter, which will usually be an hour wait. They're always understaffed now, and have the same number of cashiers and kitchen staff for some reason. Portions have gotten smaller and more expensive (granted that a constant for all fast food places nowadays). If you want fast food, this isn't the place. Maybe still worth getting big packs of wings for watch parties. I hope it gets new management soon."

"Not bad food but we had to wait over 30 minutes the last time we were in for an order for two. The guy at the counter didn't seem to understand the menu very well. He kept telling us we couldn't get one of their meals the way we asked for it, but it was available that way on their website for that location. I also don't understand why they chose the drink machine that they did. Because it only has one spout and operates slowly, there is always a line at it. A regular fountain machine would be much better."

"My daughter ordered us a nice dinner through door dash with her hard earned money. We have ordered Wing Stop many times and it’s always been really good, not this time. The garlic Parmesan chicken tenders had nothing on them, just plain. The fries were cut as big wedge fries that were not cooked and were hard. I also found a hair on my fries. When I called and spoke with management they said they weren’t responsible for anything door dash is responsible. Door dash didn’t cook our food."
