"They were all out of add in hair and when we looked for someone to help us there was no one around. (We were the only ones in the whole store) we went to check out and the woman at the counter made no small talk or talk of any kind. (She had just been on her phone) she then went right back to her phone after checking us out. Was very uninviting."

"The staff has always been more than helpful when I come in to shop. Sad part is, I've never had too much luck with the many different brands of hair color they offer. They all fade or don't take at all. I've been doing my own hair for about 8 years and I have better bleach come from Manic Panic at Hot Topic and the colorful dye from Arctic Fox lasts better than their other semi permanent colors. I'll give them good ratings for good customer service."
