Sonic Drive-In

"Ordered the new "Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich" it came quick and the staff was good. However it had more sauce than meat. The pictures speak for themselves. Sad that they apparently have no oversight on what the employees are putting out to their customers. I understand it's mostly high school kids working but who gets held accountable? This location is trash and has been for a long time but it's the only "fast food" in town. They are making you look bad SONIC and you should take care of it... all I can do is complain along with the countless others."

"I ordered an order of their mozzarella cheese sticks and waited over 20 mins to end up just leaving due to the wait. The employees seemed clueless of my order and lacked communication. Awful customer service. Please do better!!!!"

"I'm so disappointed! My entire order was messed up. My cheddar peppers were cold and my frys were too. They did get me new frys. They forgot 2 things on my order. And my burger had mustard after I asked for it without. I will not be going back to this sonic. Workers were rude!!! I kept apologizing for complaining but it was not even my Gault. Jiat trying to be nice!!! I had to heat my food up in the microwave when we got home because it took forever to get the stuff they messed up on. $40 order. Ughhh"

"I just stopped by to get a strawberry shake with m&ms and and m&m blast, corn dog, mozz, & ched peppers. It took them 10 mins to take our order. Another 10 to take it out. When it was brought out Jackie/or Jaiden? brought it with ice cream all over the cup. My corn dog was not cooked all the way. Won’t be returning."

"The shake looks like it had been sitting there for an hour. Barely any whip cream. Hardly a presentable shake. Not the first time I've had issues with them as well. I would recommend not going here ever. It's unfortunate Prairie Grove doesn't have many food/drink choices. Make your own shakes at home if you can. Their corporate office has already been contacted as well."
