"Made my order, the order went through, 20 minutes later the people behind us get their order. I go up to ask if our order went through. The girl behind the counter who looks like she dyes her hair with cool aid rolls her eyes, goes and checks, comes back and says we don't have an order. Kiosk are garbage and I could have done without the eye rolling."

"This Taco Bell is improving! There are a lot of high school kids and new managers at this location trying to figure it all out, so if your order is wrong just NICELY ask for them to correct it and they will. Also, I know a lot of old school people like myself have a hard time ordering on a kiosk, that's a corporate decision so sadly they're not going away. However, the employees will take your order and cash at the counter if you ask. :) Only suggestion I have is that they change out the fryer oil more often or use both fryers at the same time so fried foods taste better. I'm hopeful that once the managers are all well trained they will be able to run this Taco Bell well!"

"This is the first fast food joint in our little town. The staff is bubbly and happy. The food comes quickly. It is accurate and made to my order (not easy, I am hard sometimes). The food is fresh but still just fast food. We are glad not to have to drive so far away just to get a taco."

"Ordered in the mobile app and made customizations, received all of my food and it was correct. The staff was friendly and my food was fresh and hot. Will definitely be back again!"

"Hate giving bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I've tried this Taco Bell... Takes forever, if it's short staffed that's forgivable. My "ready at 7:30" order was ready at 7:45. Have yet to receive any sauces from this location. All 3 times, the tacos contained almost no meat, barely anything else. This time they were very cold. Should probably upgrade the hiring package to draw in more employees instead of overworking and underpaying the current ones."
