Gabriela's Mexican Grill Restaurant

"The waiter came to table with no ticket and had a total pulled up on the handheld kiosk pay with a 20% tip already included. He asked if I was paying with cash or card and I asked what the total bill was. He went and got the ticket which showed $86.96 and some change. I changed the tip to 15% and the total was $102.31. My 4 yo grandson was really sleepy and ready to go so I wasn’t really thinking and I just hurried up and paid. However, when we got outside I told my daughter how much the bill was and she said “what?” The more I thought about it the more upset I became. We split an entree, had a queso and a guacamole and an order of tortillas and had 2 happy hour margaritas and a kids sweet tea. There is NO way our bill was $86!! That was my 1st and my last time to go to Gabriela’s."

"We always stopped at Gabriella’s in PG when we were in the area. I’ve reevaluated that decision after todays’s lunch As we entered the waiter wanted to seat us at a table BUt since I’m hearing impaired , I asked for a booth. That’s when the service went down hill. He sat us in a small booth in the bar area where apparently there are co connected booths behind and in front of our booth .Every move The people behind us made; sent our booth rocking back and forth . If that’s not annoying enough we sat waiting for more salsa and napkins without a wait person in sight . The food was good but not the service. Fixing the booths in the bar area , at least making them level would make eating in the bar area more pleasant"

"I got sat in the bar.. forgotten about. Although the locals are a big hit sitting at the bar. I asked for more salsa, & finally received it. I took a bite and my mouth was on fire.. waiter laughingly said "it is the "hottest" we have!" The food I could eat was very bland. I guess I should be careful what I ask for.."

"The murals on the wall are Instagram material. Food is on point. Tamale Dinner is my go to 11 out of 10. But everything here is good. Beans are so yummy! Tacos are divine 9 out of 10. Enchiladas are a 7 out of 10. Salsa & chips gets a 5 out of 10 but that is my only complaint. Chips need salt & salsa needed spice."

"This was our first time here. At first it was a little loud do to the table beside us. But then we got this you man singing and it got better. He's very talented. The food was good, the service was good and it was clean. Prices are fair. We'll be back We got the shrimp fajitas for two. It was delicious and there was plenty of it."
