There is a lot of other Implement repair guys that are happy to accommodate the small farmer. Now I got every excuse possible and attitude from the first service manager but I actually got a call the other day January 4 asking me if I wanted my combine brought in??? I have to say I was shocked.. But I declined...And under the circumstances for the last 3 years the gentleman I spoke with understood..... So hopefully by writing this article will help the next small farmer to not have the headaches and BS that I had to endure."

He's really easy to talk to, and was helpful when we were looking for a loader tractor. We were kind of all over the board with the size we wanted, but he didn't get annoyed.
