"Sold a damaged item on small business Saturday where everything was discounted in the entire store and would not return or exchange the product. I have been shopping here and supporting this small business for a couple of years but will no longer be a customer. So if you purchased something on that day then NOTHING is returnable or exchangeable regardless of the reason. This is poor customer service and you need to let your customers know this upfront."
