"Man who answered the phone was very nice. But I was seated with some other nail tech. He didn’t talk to me at all, asked me what shape and color I wanted and that was it. They are not the length I asked for, and some are crooked. He nicked 7/10 cuticles, and made all 7 bleed, and my nails are completely see through when that’s not what the color model looked like. I still had to pay full price for these. Very bad experience at Star Nails, would not recommend."
"I asked for round..what I got was lopsided super short crooked almond shaped nails. Not a single employee spoke in English except to answer the phone and when I told him how I wanted my nails, he mumbled ok. Worst service and worst looking nails I've ever had."

"Went to get my nails done for engagement photos, and asked for French Tip. The guy waved off his current client and sat me at her spot without sanitizing. He didn’t clip my natural nails, and only put one coat of polish on my nails so the polish is streaky and see-thru. There’s somehow glitter and air bubbles trapped under the top coat. None of this was noticed until after I had left. Not going back unless it’s to fix the nails I have on currently."
