"*Update* I was contacted by the Service Manager at Nelson Ford. After going over my repairs, he explained why the price was where it was. Nice conversation, so I am updating my review. I took my truck in for a recall, and to have an oil seepage looked at. I stated where I thought the deep was coming from, and was charged a diagnostic fee. Understandable. My service advisor stated he would get back to me with a price for the repair, but I authorized the repair with out a price. This was my mistake. I was promised my vehicle by noon. I took off work to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I was shocked at how high the price was. When I questioned the issue, I was told that my service advisor was out sick, and I could come back another day to dispute the price. It was unknown when my service advisor would be back in (he was sick). Again, I took time off work to pick up my vehicle, so the dealership had me over a barrel. I had to pay the price quoted to get home (I used a ride app to get to the dealer). I am disappointed with this entire experience. I was hoping since this new dealer was family owned they would care a bit more for their customers."

"I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service tech. told me he was in able to do the work due because of not having the right tool? I drove to where I bought my rims. They sold me an Allen wrench and a thin wall 3/4" deep socket.!? The gentleman that checked me in was great."
