"Not great. Service shop didn't take me seriously. They dilly-dallied until I pressured them. I had a flat tire and even though my car was under warranty, they didn't even offer to put the wheel on. I had to do it myself in the driveway! Only thing that saved the whole thing was that I got an old loaner car so at least I could go to work."

We looked at it on a Sunday afternoon and came back Monday with all intention on purchasing the Silverado until we walked inside and started talking to the sales rep! He looked very annoyed, and he talked poorly about the vehicle we were going to trade in. He told us maybe we should go to Rydell because we owned a foreign car. "It was good, they checked my transmission and found out that I needed to have the transmission fluid replaced. The dirty fluid caused the computer to not shift properly in low gears. My transmission is automatic. I also needed tires and I found out later that each tire was $20.00 less than quoted. Thank you for that. I also got a courtesy car which I appreciated. Nice to have a good service department only 15 miles away from me!"
