"Associate referred to my son as "she" repeatedly. Corrected her. Associate says, "sorry, I didn't look at her." ... Does he need to show you his genitals next time? I thought you Gen Z people were supposed to be better at this? Barely walked in the door and was asked what we needed. I guess this could be considered customer service but maybe give your patrons time to look at what's around them. Every shoe we asked to see was out of his size. No point to coming here."
