Then I called the next one, and they would not return them, so then I called one more, and they would not return them either; so why in the hell did they say that you could return the shoes to one of their stores when you can’t the only thing you could do is ship them back."

I understand helping one person at a time - I like it, but the sales reps walking past could acknowledge that your there instead of putting their heads up in the air. I saw a gentleman pay and leave. So I thought certainly this rep who I had made eye contact with will come and assist me now but no, I had to chase the rep down. I did buy the shoes there but felt like a bad experience, not one that I want to experience again."
